Resonator Festival 2025

A three day sonic journey through roots music

Resonator Festival is a sonic journey through the ever-challenging and captivating universe of roots music, where you and your fellow travelers experience soundscapes that merge the near and the far — a modern festival with roots, right in the heart of Odense.

From November 6–8, 2025, Resonator Festival — Odense’s very own roots music festival — will be held for the fifth year in a row. Over the course of three days, you can experience music from 18 different countries. The festival presents a lineup of international artists and Denmark-based musicians who both connect back to their roots and reflect the global sound of today — music that unites us across differences and cultures. Resonator Festival is a sensory and physical experience, emphasizing presence and tradition, as instruments from diverse cultures are played across genres from all over the world.

The line-up of 2025 is: Tamikrest, AMMAR 808, Teitur x Girls in Airports, Orchestre Tout Pussiant Marcel Duchamp, Sarāb, Söndörgő, Mazaher, Mohammad Mostafa Heydarian, ÆT, Ëda Diaz, Luzmila Carpio, Rogé, Kefaya + Elaha Soroor, Gordan, Cloud Atlas Trio, Ayom, Papayebrass, Elaha Soroor, Magali Michaut, Breen, Rynne & Murray, Stemmer i Voks, Mambe & Rødderne, ROOTS-koret, Folk’Tinget, Bal med Bølgenband, og Drikkeviser.

The festival takes place at several venues across Odense: Frølageret, Magasinet, Posten, Musikhuset Dexter, Studenterhus Odense, Musikbiblioteket, and Teater Momentum.

All venues are located in the city center, within short walking distance of one another, making it easy to move from one concert to the next. Some performances will be seated, others standing.
