1. USE OF PERSONAL DATA, PURPOSE, AND LEGAL BASIS

We collect and use personal data in connection with the functions and purposes described below. We may also process your personal data for other specific purposes if we are required to do so by applicable law, such as in response to requests from public authorities regarding national security.

Collection for Receiving Newsletters
If you wish to receive ALICE’s newsletter, inspirational material, and information about music experiences and special offers, we ask for your consent to process your name and email address. Newsletters may also contain content based on purchase history to target recommendations.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by writing to pr@alicecph.com.

Collection When Creating a User Account on the Website
If you wish to create a user account on ALICE’s website via our ticket provider Tixly, you consent to us processing your name and email address so that we know where to send your tickets.

Collection When Purchasing Tickets
When you purchase tickets to concerts at ALICE, you consent to us processing your information, including your name, email, phone number, payment method, and address, for the purpose of completing your purchase and sending you tickets.

We also use your postal code, phone number, and name for analytical purposes, such as supporting our intention to reach audiences in the region, if you have given us your consent for this purpose.

When you purchase tickets, you also consent to receiving emails with the following content:

  • Information about the concert for which you have purchased a ticket, including cancellations, program changes, or specific traffic challenges. This information may also be received as SMS.
  • Information and offers related to the concerts you have attended.
  • A user survey where you can choose whether to help us improve by providing feedback to ALICE.

Emails and SMS regarding information about your event cannot be unsubscribed from, as it is necessary for us to contact you in the event of cancellations or program changes so that you do not miss the event.

You can edit your personal information at any time by logging into “My Profile” on the website or by contacting ALICE at +45 31 54 58 75.

See also the section “Your Rights” below.

Collection When Participating in User Surveys
If you participate in a user survey about your music experience, we will use the responses in anonymized form for analysis and statistics. By completing a user survey, you also consent to us storing your responses. Once we have analyzed your responses, they will be further anonymized for use in general analysis and statistics.

We Store Your Data
We store and process your data as long as it is relevant, and we have a legitimate purpose for doing so, or until you withdraw your consent to the processing. We may process and store your data for a longer period than described above if the data is anonymized, meaning that we can no longer trace the data back to you. Regarding your purchase information, we are required to store this information for at least 5 years according to the Danish Bookkeeping Act.

Disclosure to Third Parties
Personal data provided to ALICE’s online media may be disclosed to internal departments at ALICE to fulfill sales and support obligations. ALICE shares personal data with specific third parties, such as our ticket provider Tixly and payment processors, in order to complete your purchase. These third parties process your data on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions, and data processing agreements are in place to ensure that your data is handled securely and legally.

Cookies
When visiting ALICE’s internet domains and web services, including alicecph.com and our subdomain billet.alicecph.com, information is collected in cookies. This information is derived from your electronic trail on the website based on the pages you visit. The processing of personal data collected through cookies is based on your consent. You can read more about the conditions for giving consent in section 3 below. The purpose of using information collected through cookies is to analyze traffic, remember your preferences, and make your experience on the website as good as possible. We also use third-party cookies on ALICE’s website to measure traffic on the site, which is anonymized. This includes, among other things, creating statistics, ensuring that you remain on the same web server during your visit, and determining which content works best for our users.

We use session cookies to remember that you are logged in and what you have in your cart when purchasing on ALICE’s website.

We allow cookies and tracking pixels from third parties (Google and Facebook) to target our marketing on Facebook, so we can show you information about the most relevant music experiences. Additionally, we use Facebook Offline Event Sets via a third party to attribute sales to our digital ads after purchases on the website, provided consent has been given.

You can read more about Cookies in the “Cookie Policy” section further down the page.

2. CONSENT
When you use our website, we may, in some cases, collect and process your personal data based on your consent, as described in section 2 above.

Please note that you can withdraw your consent at any time. This can be done by contacting us at pr@alicecph.com.

If you withdraw your consent, we will stop processing your personal data unless we are entitled or obligated to continue processing or storing your personal data on another basis, including under applicable law.

Withdrawal of your consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out before the withdrawal of consent.

If you withdraw your consent, we will no longer measure your behavior on the website.

In connection with the purchase of tickets to a concert, as described in section 2, we may contact you via email and phone if there are cancellations, changes to the program, or specific traffic challenges that you should be aware of in connection with your concert experience. This consent cannot be withdrawn before the concert, as these communications are not of a marketing nature. Similarly, we must process at least your name, email address, phone number, and address to complete your ticket purchase.

3. SECURITY
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures to ensure an adequate level of security. We do our best to ensure the quality and integrity of your personal data. All electronic communication of credit card information is encrypted, so no one else can view your card details. Ticket sales for ALICE concerts are handled through the ticket provider Tixly.dk, which ensures that your credit card information is processed securely and in accordance with current guidelines, including data encryption security.

In connection with data processing, you have the right to request access to and rectification, deletion, or restriction of the processing of your personal data or to object to the processing as well as the right to data portability. You have the right to access the personal data we process about you, with certain exceptions as set out in the law. You can also object to the collection and further processing of your personal data. In addition, you have the right to rectify your personal data or ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data. If you request it, we will delete the personal data we have registered about you without undue delay unless we can continue the processing on another legal basis, for example, if the processing is necessary to establish a legal claim, or if it is necessary to respond to a request from you.

If you wish to exercise your rights as described above, you are welcome to contact us at info@alicecph.com (see contact details below).

When making inquiries regarding your rights, we ask you to provide sufficient information for us to process your request, including your full name and email address, so we can identify you and respond to your request.
