Privacy Policy

This privacy policy describes how ALICE collects and uses the personal information that you leave and/or provide when you visit our website and when you stay at ALICE and use the various services and features we offer.

1. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We always inform you before we collect your personal information. For example, we collect the following personal information about you when purchasing a ticket: name, email address, address, and phone number.

Note that the collection of certain personal information is necessary for you to use the website’s features.

2. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION, PURPOSE, AND LEGAL BASIS

We collect and use personal information in connection with the functions and purposes described below. We may also process your personal information for other purposes if we are authorized or obligated to do so by law (e.g., in relation to state security).

Collection for receiving newsletters

If you wish to receive ALICE’s newsletters, inspirational material, and information about music experiences and special offers, we ask for your consent to process your name and email address. Newsletters may also contain content based on purchase history to target recommendations. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by writing to pr@alicecph.com.

Collection when creating a user on the website

If you wish to be created as a user on ALICE’s website, you consent to us processing information about your name and email address so we know where to send your tickets.

Collection when purchasing tickets

When you purchase tickets for concerts at ALICE, you consent to us processing information about you, including your name, email, phone number, payment method, and address for the implementation of your purchase, sending tickets, etc. We also use your postcode, phone number, and name for analysis to support our intention to reach audiences in the region.

When you buy tickets, you also consent to receiving emails with the following content:

  • Information about the concert you have bought tickets to, including cancellations, program changes, or specific traffic challenges. This information can also be received as SMS.
  • Information and offers related to the concerts you have seen.
  • User survey where you choose whether you want to help us improve and give feedback to ALICE.

Emails and SMS regarding information about your performance cannot be unsubscribed from as it is necessary to be able to contact you in connection with your purchase in case of cancellations and program changes so that you do not make the trip in vain.

Collection in user surveys

If you participate in a user survey about your music experience, we will use the responses in an anonymized form for analysis and statistics. When you answer a user survey, you also consent to us storing your response. Once we have analyzed your response, it will be further anonymized for general analysis and statistics.

We store your data

We store and process your information as long as it is relevant, and we have a legitimate purpose for it, or until you withdraw your consent to processing. We may process and store your information for a longer period than described above, provided the information is anonymized, meaning we can no longer trace the information back to you. Regarding your purchase information, we are obliged to keep them for at least 5 years according to the Accounting Act.
