In an unfiltered and intimate solo format, we spotlight the city’s finest when a performer, an accordion master, and an actor each take the stage completely alone, in a close and heartfelt setting curated by Stefan Pasborg—who will also appear himself as part of the duo Tuxen-Pasborg.
The three soloists are:
Stephanie Nguyen
Stephanie Nguyen has an extensive professional dance career behind her, including two world tours with Madonna and winning Juste de Bout. Seeking new creative challenges, she was accepted at age 29 into the Danish School of Performing Arts in Copenhagen to train as an actor. Since graduating, she has appeared in numerous productions across Copenhagen’s theatres, including as the Mermaid in the Royal Danish Theatre’s staging of The Little Mermaid and as Anna Karenina in the stage adaptation of the novel at Teater Republique.
Lelo Nika
Lelo Nika is a Serbian-Swedish accordion master who combines virtuosity, heart, and a rare blend of Balkan rhythms, jazz, and classical music. With roots in the folk traditions of the Balkans and a background in classical training, he has developed a unique musical language. He is a two-time world champion on his instrument and has performed with some of the biggest names in music. As Joe Zawinul once said: “He’s the best accordionist I’ve ever heard.”
Anders Mossling
Anders Mossling is a Swedish-born actor based in Denmark, known for his intense presence and his ability to create complex, nuanced characters. He has worked in theatre, film, and television, earning wide recognition for roles spanning from classical drama to modern arthouse productions. With his unique blend of calmness, sharpness, and depth, he is regarded as one of the most distinctive actors in the Nordic region today.
Since 2023, Stefan Pasborg has been hosting Solo Salon at ALICE, but next year the concept will move on to another Copenhagen venue. On this occasion, Pasborg also takes the stage himself with the duo Tuxen-Pasborg. After more than twenty years side by side in the legendary band Ibrahim Electric, organist Jeppe Tuxen and drummer Stefan Pasborg now embark on a rare duo encounter. Expect nothing less than a fiery and captivating meeting, full of finesse and fearless abandon—where anything can happen, and surely will!
