Astrid Engberg is a passionate producer, singer, record collector and DJ. From gnawa to grooves and beats through to jazz and electronic rarities, she navigates smoothly between global genres in an eclectic mix. Formerly based in Paris, her voice can be found on well over 20 different vinyl releases. Now residing in Copenhagen she just released her first critically acclaimed solo album ’Tulpa’ on Creak Inc.

Astrid Engberg’s sonic landscapes oozes inspiration from her Scandinavian roots and travels to all corners of the globe including West Africa and Paris. Astrid’s enchanting voice expresses sensitivity as well as deep strength. Also on stage is tubaist Anders Bo Eriksen and Sven Dam Meinild who is a saxofonist. SLØR Visuel Performance creates the visual universe.
