Oplev spændende musikere fra Københavns talentmasse, når Rytmisk Musikkonservatorium (RMC) inviterer til gratis 1. års-kandidatkoncerter på ALICE. OBS: Koncerten er gratis og det er ikke muligt at reservere plads. Der er et begrænset antal pladser til hver koncert på grund af retningslinjerne for spillesteder som følge af situationen med Covid-19.

Ida Urd
Ida Urd vil, sammen med et ensemble bestående af Ingri Høyland Kvamstad, Daniel Scheffmann og Simon Brinck, fremføre værket ’Future Woman AM PM – a reading with instruments’.
Med udgangspunkt i de tre karakterer Future Woman, Modern Girl og Me, reflekteres der i værket over livet som menneske og ung kvinde i dag. Fortællingen foregår i en fiktiv verden, hvor fortid, nutid og fremtid eksisterer side om side – karaktererne både tager afstand fra hinanden og smelter sammen i løbet af det døgn, hvor fortællingen finder sted.
Musikken er skrevet for vokal, elbas, guitar, sampler og harpe.

Within these obscure shapes, this trio seeks a place where life can manifest its impact on the crossroad, where man and sound collide.

”We want to uncover the beauty inbuilt in each sound which we can reconstruct and organize into miniature sculptures.”

Takt intends to challenge the limits of its medium: the piano, percussion, and the double bass.
Despite the impulsive character of the music, this trio thrives for fragility and form.

DANIEL’S SOUSA 1.0
1.0 is the first version of Daniel Sousa’s electric-acoustic quartet. Blooming as a composer and improviser reflecting over the contemporary jazz aesthetics, Daniel’s vision gathers multiple influences that emanate notions of genre bending. The music floats within unorthodox harmonic textures and melodies where loops inspired by rock beats create space for interplaying and improvisation.
