Deep folk roots of the Carpathian mountains blend with sublime musicianship in the hands of Vołosi. Mixing classical strings and fiery folk music the Polish quintet has received critical praise and have enchanted audiences all over the world. And they’re not afraid to let the music wander through paths of jazzy improvisation, rock grooves and contemporary chamber music. Back in 2016 they did a great concert in Copenhagen, and we’re thrilled to have them back – this time performing in intimate surroundings at Christianshavns Beboerhus.
