Handmade and global instrumentation meets fearless sound exploration, when Slovenian trio Širom invites the audience on a mystic sound journey. Described as ‘imaginary folk’ the trio gained wide critical acclaim for their second album, “I Can Be A Clay Snapper” (Glitterbeat, 2017). Now they return with the “A Universe that Roasts Blossoms for a Horse”, which has already received rave reviews prior to it’s release. Expect a highly original blend of weird folk, minimalism, cosmic improvisation and global inspirations, when Širom visits Copenhagen for the first time. Previously they have performed mesmerizing shows at Roskilde Festival and Fanø Free Folk Festival, so we have high expectations!
