Nordic Noise 2023 at Stairway – Day 2
The best of hardrock and traditionel heavy metal anno 2023. Presented in collaboration with ALICENordic Noise is breaking new ground in 2023 and expanding the festival to three days with a packed program with the creme de la creme of what hard rock and traditional heavy metal has to offer in 2023, with a retrospective, romantic relationship to the time when the genre defined itself in the 70s and 80s. The festival takes place at Stairway and is presented in collaboration with ALICE.
So far the following bands have been announced on the poster: Evergrey (S), Eclipse (S), Tygers Of Pan Tang (UK), Ambush (S) and Steel Inferno (DK), Meridian (DK), Alien Force (DK) and Stargazer. Simultaneously, Nordic Noise is expanding to a 3-day festival at the new venue Stairway.
“We want to give as much hard rock and heavy metal as possible to the audience, so the good people from Stairway have offered us to do exactly that. Three days “in the name of heavy metal”, 15 bands and the perfect setting, is what we offer. And half of the tickets have already been sold, so we have to state that the music genre we love is by no means dead. On the contrary”, says spokesman Michael Hvolgaard Andersen. 8 bands out of 15 are currently announced and on 27 October we will throw three more bands will follow – And two more bands will follow in November and December respectively, so before the end of the year we can present the final program for “Nordic Noise 2023 – The Melodic Year”.
