A smorgasbord from the strong Danish metal underground, put together by Søren Weiss from the Danish metal magazine Blastbeast. The solo project Mother Of All plays death metal with melodic and progressive elements. Henret is a new hard-hitting hardcore band from Copenhagen. Finally, Kolding-based Necrotic Ritual arrives with raw, brutal, dark, and aggressive death metal.

Mother Of All
Mother of All is a solo project fronted by multi-instrumentalist Martin Haumann (Myrkur, Afsky, Timechild, Essence) with members from Lamentari, Chaoswave, and Withering Surface. The style is death metal with melodic and progressive elements. The songs in Mother of All’s catalog are diverse, eclectic, and always explore new aspects of the art form. The inspiration for the music has its roots in the vast, dark cauldron of metal.

Henret
Henret is a new hard-hitting hardcore band from Copenhagen. The band was formed in the spring of 2019 and had its debut in 2022. Inspired by bands like Kublai Khan TX and Knocked Loose, Henret aims to create an aggressive sound filled with heavy riffs, crushing breakdowns, and a high level of energy both on record and on stage. The band has just released their debut EP “Abandon Hope,” which has been well-received by fans and Danish metal media. Henret has performed at the UHØRT Festival and supported prominent names on the Danish scene such as Cabal and EYES.

Necrotic Ritual
Necrotic Ritual is a Danish Death Metal band founded in early 2022, which consists of four dedicated members based in Kolding. The band’s main inspiration comes from the Swedish Death metal scene with bands like Dismember, Bloodbath and Vomitory being honorable mentions. Since the very beginning, the band’s ambition has been to create music with a raw, brutal, dark and aggressive expression both on recordings as well as on stage and therefore the band has a strong ambition to get noticed live on the Danish metal scene. Currently, the band has released two EP’s: ‘A Sign Carved in Flesh’ in 2022 and ‘Nocturnal Dominion’ in April 2023.
